Delete Your Account

You can do this yourself, in the app, in under a minute. No email required, no waiting on us.

1. Delete From the App

  1. Open Keepli and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery window and no way for us to restore the account afterwards, so export anything you want to keep first — Settings → Backup & Restore.

2. What Gets Deleted

Everything tied to your account is removed from our servers in a single operation:

  • Your profile, sign-in credentials and sessions on every device
  • Household membership, shared documents, messages, moments and calendar entries you own
  • Care records — medications, vitals and profiles
  • Location history, saved places and SOS history
  • Program, goal, challenge and achievement data
  • Community profile, posts and comments
  • Encrypted cloud backups and stored attachments

Content that belongs to a household you were part of — shared lists, recipes, chores, the household's own records — stays with that household, and community groups you created stay up without your name on them. If a stored file cannot be removed on the first pass, we retry automatically until it is gone.

On the device itself, the app then clears local storage, cancels scheduled notifications, rotates the device identity and deletes cached attachments.

3. What You Can Keep

Any export you made before deleting stays yours — it's a portable archive on your device or in your own storage, and deleting your account does not touch it. The export is not encrypted (it includes your saved passwords in readable form), so keep it somewhere safe.

An active subscription is billed by the app store and is not cancelled by deleting your Keepli account. Cancel it separately — on iPhone/iPad via Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or on Android via the Google Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions.

4. If You Can't Sign In

If you've lost access to your account and can't complete the in-app steps, email [email protected] from the address associated with the account and we'll verify and delete it for you.
