Keepli is local-first: your core data lives on your device, sensitive items sit behind Face ID, and your cloud backup is encrypted on your device (AES-256-GCM) before it ever leaves it, and we store only the encrypted copy, never your key. Sync, AI and sharing are opt-in — we never sell your data or use it for advertising, and the Gmail subscription scan stores nothing on our servers after it runs.

AI is the one part of Keepli that costs real money every time it runs, so Melo, document scanning, insights and voice begin when your paid plan does. During the trial you'll see clearly-labelled examples of what they produce, and everything that runs on your phone is yours to use.

Yes — the Household Hub gives your family a shared map, calendar, chat, expense ledger and chores board, alongside your own private vault. Keepli Duo covers you and one partner, and both of you get Premium in full. Keepli Family covers you plus up to 4 people you invite: each of them gets the whole app and a small monthly AI allowance (voice included), while scanning stays with your plan. A Premium subscriber can create a household too, but the people they invite need a plan of their own to add to it.

Yes. Plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings — not in Keepli. On a yearly plan, cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends and you won't be charged; monthly plans have no trial and are charged when you subscribe. After that, plans renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you keep Premium until the period you've paid for runs out. If a plan ends, everything you saved stays readable and exportable.

Ask Keepli is the built-in Premium assistant, and Melo is its friendly face. It answers from your connected life data to help you understand your patterns, plan what's next, and get small things done — a task added, an appointment on the calendar, a habit set up. It can make mistakes and isn't a substitute for a doctor, financial advisor or other professional.

When you use AI features, your question and only the minimum context needed to answer are sent to our AI providers — OpenAI and Anthropic — to generate the reply. Your content is never used to train their models, and AI is always opt-in.
